Great news for music fans in the homeland.  After a couple year hiatus, woxy.com will make its return to the Cincinnati airwaves in August, which is tomorrow!
 The only catch is that it appears you’ll need an HD Radio to get reception.

DC lifers Charles Schumer and Arlen Spector are apparently unhappy with the current jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.  Schumer feels he was “duped” by then-nominees Roberts and Alito, while Spector wishes to explore whether Roberts and Alito have “lived up” to their promises to continue Supreme Court precedent.

bar exam is over

I thankfully completed the California bar exam this past Thursday. It was difficult, I think I did okay, but I have no idea whether I passed or failed.  Results will be released in mid-November.
